  why are the illegal immigrants demanding their rights?

  they're illegal, they don't have the rights of an american citizen because they are not citizens.

  What am I missing? Why are the ILLEGAL immigrants DEMANDING their rights? They're illegal, they don't have the rights of an American Citizen because they are not Citizens. So why is everyone, including O'Bama against closing the borders and keeping illegals out? It seems there are many that want to keep them coming in. Even the White House is saying they're going to go to court to overturn the law. Why? Isn't keeping them out a good thing? Or is it because it the Police too much power?

  I genuinely don't understand, could someone enlighten me?

  well the saga continues!!!!!.

  ok so a year and a half ago i met my husband home for lunch, as i was leaving we see our ex jw neighbors house be surrounded by people wearing vests and caps that say swatt team.

  the toughest anti-illegal-immigrant measure in a generation passed the arizona legislature this week.

  if signed, as expected, by republican governor jan brewer, the law will give local police sweeping new powers in regard to undocumented workers.

  currently, immigration offenses are violations of federal, not state, law, and local police officers only can inquire about a person's immigration status if that person is suspected of another crime.

Under SB1070, however, Arizona police will have the right to stop anyone on " reasonable suspicion " that they may be an illegal immigrant and can arrest them if they are not carrying a valid driver's license or identity papers.

  American TV sucks

  let me just say i think american t.v is the most entertaining in the world.. i love the citcoms (seinfelt, everybody loves raymond ect ect) i grew up with rawhide, the virginian, star treck, rovkford files, starsky and hutch ect ect.. at the moment iam watching americas got talent (maybe it hasnt) but the shows great entertainment.

  then i rememberd when i was in the u.s and how i felt american t.v sucked with all those commercials.. tell me do you have non commercial t.v.in the states?.

  how much time is given to commersials with a 22 minute seinfet episode?.

  Thanks Blondie, that was helpful. So....it looks like about 30% of the time. It feels like about 45%....especially when I see that lady on the Progressive Insurance commercials. Then again, Progressive just accomplished it's mission, I remembered who they were because of that darn lady! LOL...
